Bandes has significant expertise in fleet maintenance and transit centers, having recently completed the $15m East Pasco Fleet Transit Facility as well as facility planning for the Hillsborough Area Transit Authority's 21st Avenue campus. Maintenance bays, fueling stations, bus washes, hazmat storage, fluids systems, and exhaust systems are essential components of these projects. The MEP requirements in this facility are as extensive as many of our other medical jobs. We have several project managers and superintendents with experience in fleet facilities and transit center work, and who also have experience in other car dealership and gas station work. In addition to East Pasco and HART, we have completed work for the City of Clearwater and the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority's Clearwater Beach Transit Center, as well PSTA’s Park Street Terminal. We recently finished both the Collision Giant's Pasco Collision Center and the Toyota of Clermont Collision Center. In January of 2020, we will be breaking ground on new maintenance hangers for the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
