Did you know Bandes has completed six different projects certified by the Agency For Health Care Administration (AHCA) with another two currently underway? All but one have been for repeat clients who trust us with this important process. AHCA is responsible for the state's licensure of 48,500 health care facilities, and certifies that they are all safely constructed for patients and residents. Review and approval of facilities' plans and specifications takes place before construction begins, and Bandes has regularly assisted our clients with construction startup. During active construction, we have scheduled AHCA inspections that involve all trades, and days of prep work by our on-site staff. Bandes has completed AHCA projects on both ground-up buildings and renovations to occupied facilities.
